What I'm About
Lover of late nights and early mornings - just not in that order.
I like to think of myself as a story teller, as well as a story consumer. I am an avid reader of non-fiction. I enjoy autobiographies, books on psychology, science, adventure, growth and all types of medicine. I read short fiction occasionally and collections of essays - #wank.
I try to regularly read the news. My go-to publications are The New Yorker, The Times, The Guardian, abc news and The Age for what I hope is a balanced diet of both national and global affairs. I also read cultural news from sites like Medium, Buzzfeed News, Vice, Vox and Tonic. I enjoy music festivals of all genres, from small arty ones like Blenheim and Subsonic to larger operations like Splendour in the Grass and Roskilde. I love Fringe Festivals, live sport, stand up comedy, long distance running, coffee for two, Netflix and Instagram. I have been known to spend hours down the YouTube vortex watching weirdos like Bo Burnman and I'll never say no to a David Attenborough documentary.

Having moonlit as an MC, DJ, panel moderator, football umpire, 1940s speakeasy hostess, personal assistant and events coordinator, there is really not much I won't try... at least once.
